Settings search input box loses focus while I type

1. Put focus on the search input box in the settings page.
2. Start typing quickly.
3. At some point the input loses focus.

I can only replicate this when doing the following.

1. Search for some random term and wait for search to complete
2. Clear search term and wait for default page to load. (Search field will lose focus)
3. Search for some random term again and search field will always lose focus after results are loaded.

EDIT: Tried on master, getting it too.
